Oh, What Do You Do in the Summertime?

I never was a big fan of the summertime...it's just too hot. I love the spring, winter, and especially the fall, but the summer? It's ok. Why did I move to the desert?

BUT, when I REALLY think about summer, I think of all of the activities going on, and I get so excited!!

For instance:
- going to the zoo
- Thanksgiving Point activities and flower gardens
- going to the Scera Shell for all of the outdoor musicals(this summer: Funny Girl, Willy Wonka, Annie Get Your Gun, and Hairspray!) And lots of outdoor movies, too!
- driving the Nebo Loop/Alpine Loop
- going to rodeos and fairs (can't wait!)
- going swimming
- having BBQs
- laying out and tanning
- yard work (who would have thought?)
- visiting home in September
- going to museums
- going to San Francisco/San Diego (don't know which one yet. I think San Diego this summer, and San Francisco this fall...to see Wicked! And ride a trolley. And see the Full House house. And visit fisherman's wharf. And go to Ghirardelli square. Haha, can you tell I really want to go there?)
- exploring Antelope Island
- visiting my friend Holly in Roosevelt
- going to the library more, and reading some great books outside
- hanging out with my cute niece and nephew (I do that anyway, but whatevs)
- 4th of July activities. Provo is just buzzing that time of the year!
- discover Provo more; they have tours going on this summer of some of the old, historic homes. I'd love to see what they look like inside! Also, tons of parks and other activities, etc.
- work (ok, not so fun. But a girl needs money to do most of this fun stuff!)

So, in other words, I'm just going to enjoy life and have a wonderful summer!

Sounds like a fun summer...especially the yard work which I know you love.
